Accessibility statement

1. Our commitment

Castomo prosta spółka akcyjna works to keep wordpressplugin.pl conformant with WCAG 2.2 at level AA. We treat accessibility as a property of the code like any other: it is checked before publishing, not after somebody complains.

This statement covers all four language editions of the site — Polish, English, Ukrainian and German — and the payment page.

2. Conformance status

In our assessment the site conforms to WCAG 2.2 level AA. The assessment is our own (a self-evaluation) and comes from a review of the live site carried out on 6 September 2026.

Beyond the automated testing, the whole site was reviewed by hand by Maciej Kupisiewicz (Castomo) on 6 September 2026, together with the booking calendar: the review found nothing to fix.

It did not include testing with people who use assistive technology daily. If your experience contradicts our assessment, your experience is the one that counts — please write.

3. How we tested it

• Automated Lighthouse audits (the axe engine) against the live site, desktop and mobile separately: 100/100 for accessibility in all four languages.
• Our own contrast computation over every text element on the page, in both light and dark themes, using the WCAG formula: nothing below the required 4.5:1 (3:1 for large text).
• A review of the heading structure, landmarks, form labels and alternative text in the markup.
• Behaviour under window resizing and at 200% page zoom.
• A full manual review of the whole site — Maciej Kupisiewicz (Castomo), 6 September 2026 — no findings.
• A separate pass over the call booking calendar in the same review — no findings.

4. What the site provides

• A skip-to-content link as the first element on the page, visible as soon as you press Tab.
• Full keyboard operation: menus, the form, the call calendar and every toggle.
• A clear focus indicator — a three-pixel high-contrast outline in the accent colour, in both themes.
• Semantic structure: headings in order, landmarks (banner, navigation, main, footer), lists where the content is a list.
• A label on every form field, and error messages that say what to correct, announced to screen readers.
• Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 (3:1 for large text) in both light and dark themes.
• Light and dark themes, following the system setting, with a manual override.
• Respect for the reduce-motion setting: animation is switched off when you ask for that.
• Read-aloud of the page through the browser's own speech engine, from a button at the top.
• A fluid layout that holds up to 200% zoom and on narrow screens with no horizontal scrolling.
• Correct language marking on every edition and on every link to another edition.
• No time limits, no auto-playing sound, nothing that flashes.
• Photographs are decorative and marked as such, so a screen reader passes them by; everything they show is said in words beside them.

5. Known limitations

Two things remain that we do not control, because they happen outside this site.

• The quality of the read-aloud voice depends on the voices installed in your system and browser, which we do not control.
• The payment page hands over to Stripe, whose accessibility is outside our control. If you meet a barrier there, write to us and we will take the payment another way.

6. Alternative access

Everything you can do on this site can also be done by email to hello@castomo.com: describe the job, arrange a call, get a quote and pay. The form is a convenience, not a condition.

7. Feedback and complaints

Report accessibility problems to hello@castomo.com. A short description helps, and so does the browser and assistive technology you were using.

We answer within 7 days. If you find our response inadequate, you may complain to the market surveillance authority responsible for the accessibility requirements that follow from the European Accessibility Act and the Polish Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements for certain products and services.
